Former U.S. Senator Russ Feingold is currently President of The American Constitution Society (“ACS”), which is dedicated to countering the influence of rightwing ideologues on our judicial system. The ACS is working to elevate principled judges to the federal bench, to focus on state judicial systems where the fate of abortion rights now rests for many American women, and to provide progressive opportunities for law students.
