WIL Luncheon with Congressman Robert Garcia
WIL is excited to welcome Congressman Robert Garcia, Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee
We are thrilled to feature Congressman Robert Garcia at our September 8 lunch.
Due to Prop 50, Robert’s district now reaches into northern coastal Orange County including Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and parts of Newport Beach.
Robert is a rockstar in Congress, appearing often in the news, taking on White House corruption and overreach. His Democratic colleagues hold him in such high regard that they elected him Ranking Member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, making him the first second-term Congress Member to hold that title in over 100 years. Robert will tell us about the Oversight Committee's work to get the Epstein files released and bring justice to survivors, in addition to tackling the government corruption and abuses of power that are threatening our democracy.
