            As this invitation goes out, we don’t know what will happen on November 6 - what it means for our state and our country, and how we should go forward.  Lucky for us, our speaker this month is the nationally respected political analysist, Sherry Bebitch Jeffe.

            Dr. Jeffe is Professor at the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.  You may have seen her on TV in her role as political analyst for LA’s NBC4. She has served as political analyst for NBC in Washington, D.C. and for BBC’s Scotland, Wales, London and World Service programs, as well as appearing on Al Jazeera English and MSNBC. She was formerly a political analyst for KCAL-TV in Los Angeles.  She regularly writes and comments on American and California government and politics in the state, national and international media. Prior to her affiliation with USC, she taught political science at Claremont Graduate University, Loyola Marymount University, and Pitzer College.
